I've really enjoyed Elizabeth's blog recently. Her writing is sharp and her insights are fresh and keen. She writes sensitively about growing up in a fundamentalist church led by her grandfather and about the manipulative techniques used by the church (cult?)on how it impacted her life and faith. The most impressive thing to me about Elizabeth, though, is how she writes of her past without bitterness or cynicism. Her love for her family (husband and five young children) and her faith bless me. She's currently leading a discussion of Thomas Howard's book "Evangelical is Not Enough."
